If perpetuity rights are included, this would give the educational institution
- one digital copy of the title for download to be kept in its library. With this download, they can have unlimited streaming, so if students, professors or other verified library users want to use for themselves or for an audience of students at the university, the institution provides its own login credentials to them;
- Screening rights (just for professors and students, campus events) into perpetuity as well as long as there is not a paying audience. If there is a paying audience, there would be a separate fee charged for that, and that would depend on the film and the filmmaker(s) and whether the institution would want a Skype or in-person Q&A with the filmmaker.
